My name is Jordan and this is my weight loss, motivational and inspirational blog. I started this blog not only to help motivate myself to lose weight but others as well. I have tried the unhealthy ways of losing weight and found that it was wrong and that I am strong enough to push through and do it a healthy and safe way. Wanna get toned without getting bulky?
First of all remember that lifting weights is NOT going to make you bulky. It just wont. Females don actually have enough testosterone-which is a chemical in our bodies. Guys have about 15-20 times more testosterone than us which is why they get a deeper voice and can grow a mustache… and why they get bulky and more defined muscles than we do. Woman that have crazy muscles work for it, they want it and they do everything possible to achieve it. They are taking supplements, lifting with professional trainers and are doing a TON of work. If you still don’t believe me and are scared of those “heavy” weights than try lifting less weight. Try just the little 5 pounders. That’s why they come in pink….. :D  So grab that little weight and do a lot of reps with it. These little weights can be added into your daily workout easily. For cardio, it wont make you bulky either. Try not working on the same muscle group for a lot. If you see cyclists’ legs… they are massive and VERY muscular. That’s because they’re really only focusing on their legs and work them a lot!
