My name is Jordan and this is my weight loss, motivational and inspirational blog. I started this blog not only to help motivate myself to lose weight but others as well. I have tried the unhealthy ways of losing weight and found that it was wrong and that I am strong enough to push through and do it a healthy and safe way. Tips for Staying Healthy at School/Work:
Pack a watter bottle- Its so easy to forget to hydrate throughout the hectic work day and if there is a watter bottle on your desk, youre more likeley to drink it
Pack your lunch the night before- You wont give into cravings. Try not to bring money so that you are not tempted to go to the caffeteria or the vending machine
Pack snacking foods- little bags of nuts or raisens that can fit in your binder or in your desk. They will really come in handy when theres a bake sale and your stomach wont shut up.
