My name is Jordan and this is my weight loss, motivational and inspirational blog. I started this blog not only to help motivate myself to lose weight but others as well. I have tried the unhealthy ways of losing weight and found that it was wrong and that I am strong enough to push through and do it a healthy and safe way.
