Well my personal trainer sure kicked my butt tonight…. Tomorrow will for sure be my rest day of the week, its definitely needed. I’m going to get into bed, study a bit and then sleep forever. Goodnight :D

Have you drank your eight glasses of water today?
Drinking around 8 glasses of water a day stimulates your kidneys and helps them flush out water faster. Avoid drinking water with meals as it dilutes digestive enzymes in the gut. Drink 15 minutes before eating and about 1 hour after eating. Aim for 8 glasses of water not including any tea or coffee. Make sure to avoid all sodas and and fizzy drinks (beer, sparkling water)

The most important meal of the day. I think I am going to haveĀ a chocolate strawberry smoothie with some oatmeal and a glass of milk. A healthy, large breakfast gets your metabolism moving and will help you make healthier choices throughout the day!

First Post :D
Today is the first day of my blog as well as the start of my healthy lifestyle! I have promised myself to eat right, start yoga, go back to the gym, drink lots of water and run.
